Start with a normal week. Identify:
- who enters the property and when;
- which entrances, loading areas, parking zones, and restricted spaces matter most;
- what changes after hours, on weekends, or during construction; and
- which recurring concerns the plan must address.

2. Match Each Security Layer to a Job
An on-site security officer can support controlled entry, visitor awareness, site procedures, and a visible presence. Separate four questions:

- Documentation: What record will the property team receive?
Useful records should show when and where work occurred, what was observed, what action was taken, who was notified, and what still needs follow-up. That gives the buyer evidence instead of vague activity claims.

Begin with one building, access point, construction phase, or difficult coverage window. Define the work, communication path, reporting standard, and review point before expanding.
